Electronic Attendance Policy

The Creative Sources Center for Training and Consulting (CSTC) confirms its commitment to implementing all types of electronic attendance to ensure a comprehensive and integrated educational experience. These types include:

  1. Synchronous Electronic Attendance:

    • This involves the trainer and trainees being present at the same time via interactive platforms with audio and video, allowing for direct interaction and immediate discussions.
  2. Asynchronous Electronic Attendance:

    • The trainer provides comprehensive training content, including files, audio, and video clips, on the electronic platform. Trainees can access this content at any time that suits them, according to the center's policy.

CSTC pledges that virtual attendance will be equivalent to traditional attendance, ensuring that the number of trainees in virtual classes does not exceed 30 trainees.

Additionally, the center is committed to providing a minimum of 25% synchronous attendance of the total training hours, especially for programs that utilize asynchronous or blended learning modes, particularly for programs extending over a month.

Commitment to Trainee Limits in Virtual Classes

At the Creative Sources Center for Training and Consulting, we acknowledge and fully commit to not exceeding the allowed number of trainees in virtual classes, in accordance with the established policies and standards.

We pledge that the number of trainees in each virtual class will not exceed 30 trainees to ensure the quality of the educational process and to maximize the benefit of the training content for all participants.

This commitment is part of our dedication to delivering a distinguished training experience aligned with the highest quality standards.

Sincerely,
